We are dedicated to providing exceptional vacation and local childcare services. Below is a breakdown of our rates and policies to help you plan your booking with ease.

Vacation Childcare

Enjoy peace of mind while on vacation with customized childcare tailored to your family’s needs. Whether you need a caring, certified nanny at your hotel, villa, Airbnb, or even for a beach or boat day, we’re here to provide safe, reliable care—wherever your adventure takes you!

• $30/hour for 1 child
• $5/hour per additional child
• Minimum Booking: 3 hours

Local In-Home Childcare

We’re proud to support our local community with discounted in-home childcare for residents. Proof of residency is required to receive local rates. If care takes place outside the home, standard vacation childcare rates will apply.

• $25/hour for 1 child
• $5/hour per additional child
• Minimum Booking: 3 hours

Parents Helper

Designed for local families with infants, our Parents’s Helper service provides extra support during the busy early months of welcoming a new baby. A Parent’s Helper works alongside parents to make daily life easier. Helping with feeding and bottle prep, diaper changes, soothing and playtime, tidying baby areas, light household tasks, and giving parents a chance to rest or focus on other needs while still being close to their little one

• $30/hour for 1 child
• $5/hour per additional child
• Minimum booking: 3 hours

Duties of a Nanny

Our nannies are dedicated to providing safe, engaging, and attentive care for children. Duties may include supervising play, assisting with meals for children, facilitating age-appropriate activities, tidying up after children’s activities, and ensuring their well-being at all times.

Please note that our nannies are not responsible for household cleaning, cooking, or other services for adults. Any meal preparation or clean-up will be for the children in their care only. This ensures that our focus remains entirely on providing the best possible experience for the children.

Booking Fees:

• No Booking fees for reservations made 48 hours in advance.
• $50 for bookings made within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 24–48 hours in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.

Payment Policy:

• Payment for reserved hours is required upfront to secure your booking.
• Refunds are not issued if you return earlier than scheduled.
• If your care extends beyond the prepaid hours, extra hours that are added day of are billed at $5/hour above your original rate and must be approved by your sitter. 

Additional Fees

Holidays:  Premium holiday pay

More than 4 Children: An additional childcare worker will be required.The same hourly rate will apply per sitter.

(e.g. $30/ hour for the first child, $5/hour for each additional child per sitter)
