Application and Booking Process
Booking with us is simple and hassle-free!
Start by filling out our online application form, where you’ll provide details about your childcare needs, including the number of children, desired hours, and any special considerations. Once your application is submitted, we’ll match you with a trusted sitter and confirm availability. You’ll receive an email with an invoice outlining the total cost, including any applicable fees.
Payment for the reserved hours is required upfront to secure your booking. Additional hours or services can be settled directly with the sitter after care is provided. For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours), a rush fee applies, so we encourage you to book early to ensure availability.
