"I’m Celina, the founder and CEO of Caribbean Care Co., and childcare has been a huge part of my whole life. What started with being my family’s go-to babysitter quickly grew into a genuine passion for caring for children and supporting families. Over the years, I’ve worked as a babysitter, nanny, dance teacher, summer camp counselor, house manager, and mother’s helper with children of all ages, learning from countless families, parenting styles, and experiences along the way.

Those years working with families in so many different facets taught me something I never forgot: finding childcare you genuinely trust is a challenge every family goes through. I’ve seen how much families want someone who will not only keep their children safe, but truly understand them, respect their routines and parenting choices, and make their children feel comfortable and cared for. I also know how important it is for parents to be able to step away and actually enjoy their time away from their children without constantly wondering if they’re okay.

That is why I created Caribbean Care Co.

My vision was to create the village that every family deserves . A trusted network of childcare professionals who families can feel confident welcoming into their homes, vacations, boats, and lives.

Over the past 12 years of professional childcare, I’ve developed a deep understanding of childcare practices, child development, safety, communication, play-based learning, and the many different ways families choose to raise their children. I take everything I’ve learned and share that knowledge with our entire team.

At Caribbean Care Co., we don’t simply match you with a sitter. We build a team of providers who are held to the same high standards of safety, professionalism, compassion, and quality of care. Our providers bring their own personalities and experiences, but our commitment to families remains consistent.

I believe children deserve caregivers who genuinely enjoy being around them, parents deserve care they can trust, and families deserve a village they can rely on. No one was meant to do this alone.

"Hi I am Rocky, like the road. I am from New York but have called the beautiful Virgin Islands home for many years. My passions are art, traveling, and sharing my knowledge and love with children. I have traveled all around the world so I have a respect and understanding of all different kinds of cultures and people. I grew up in a house full of children and I started babysitting at age 14! I was a nanny in Germany to a newborn baby mostly recently but I have experience with all age ranges.

I am looking forward to organizing activities, crafts, and games to help make your vacation as exciting and fun for your kids as possible while you are able to relax and know they are in safe and loving hands!" - Rocky

"Hello! I'm  Nicole or Mrs. Donastorg as my students call me. I am a dedicated and approachable Montessori assistant teacher with over 13 years of experience professionally working with children. My passion lies in education and enhancing the programs available for our youth on island.

Working with children requires both patience and empathy, qualities that enable me to establish a trusting relationship with my students. I frequently address misunderstandings and big feelings in the classroom, guiding students to find resolutions to their challenges. I love to cook and bake with children as well as lead crafts and fun games.

"Hi there! I'm Kirah Leon. I am a caring and reliable babysitter with years of hands-on experience working with children specifically ages 3 through 6.  Since 2021 I have been an assistant teacher at the  VI Montessori school, where I support children's independence, creativity, and development. I pride myself in holding a positive and nurturing environment for every child I work with.

I am CPR certified and always prioritizing safety and comfort while making sure the day is filled with joy and engaging activities. I love leading children arts and crafts, baking, reading, and dancing. I look forward to being part of your time on Island "

"Hi I'm Ronnie a calm, patient, and caring childcare provider with several years of experience through summer camps, babysitting, and in-home nanny care. I especially enjoy working with infants and toddlers taking an intentional, gentle, and attentive approach to creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and supported.I focus on safety, routines, and getting to know each child’s individual needs and personality.

I love incorporating music, singing, reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities into my time with children, and I enjoy finding creative, age-appropriate ways to keep them engaged and having fun.

Outside of childcare, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, music, singing, and caring for animals. My goal is always to provide dependable, nurturing care while making sure every child feels safe, respected, comfortable, and genuinely cared for." - Ronnie

"Hi, I’m Tencia! I love creating a fun, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. I enjoy engaging children through play, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them explore the world around them through age-appropriate activities. I believe in being patient, attentive, and understanding each child’s individual needs and personality.

I’m CPR and First Aid certified, background checked, and Safe Sleep certified. I prioritize safety by staying attentive, maintaining a child-friendly environment, and following parents’ instructions and routines. I also understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents through clear communication, consistency, and compassionate care. My goal is to make every family feel comfortable and every child feel loved and supported while in my care!" - Tencia

"My name is Audrianna Donastorg. I’m from St. Thomas and graduated from Montessori School in 2022 and Nova Southeastern University in May 2026. I’ve worked with children since graduating high school, and it’s something I always look forward to whenever I’m home! I love being part of helping children grow into their best selves while keeping them safe and happy so their adults can enjoy their time away.

My favorite part is creating long-term relationships and lasting memories with children, even in a short amount of time. It’s so rewarding when I see a child I’ve babysat before and they remember me! I pride myself on how well I work with younger children. Because of my Montessori experience I’m able to hold space for big feelings. I also love getting creative with activities and finding fun ways to keep children engaged, excited, and having fun." -Audrianna

"Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been working with children for 15 exciting years and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

I enjoy my free time by reading, snorkeling, doing arts and crafts, cooking, and traveling. I don’t have any pets of my own but I am a lover of all animals big and small! I have worked with many demographics with many different needs and patience is something that comes naturally to me.

St Thomas is such a wonderful place to grow and learn about the world around us and I would love the opportunity to provide you and your family a safe and fun environment for your kiddos, allowing you to enjoy your time away stress free!" - Sarah

"Hi! I’m Lauren. I am a fun, responsible, and caring nanny with years of hands-on childcare experience. I provided consistent childcare throughout high school and college and also worked as a swim coach for several years, helping kids build confidence and safety skills in and around the water. This and my experience as boat crew make me a great nanny for any boat day or beach day needs.

 I bring a calm, positive energy, love staying active, and truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I love being outdoors, swimming, snorkeling, exploring the island, and doing creative, hands-on activities. I’m energetic but grounded, and I’m great at keeping kids engaged while still maintaining routines. I’m very comfortable caring for pets and happy to help with fur baby care as well."
