"Hi! I am Celina and I am the owner of Caribbean Care Company! I have been dedicated to childcare for over 10 wonderful years.

Starting as my family’s go-to babysitter, I quickly discovered my passion for nurturing and supporting children. With extensive experience as a babysitter, nanny, and mother’s helper,  I have worked with children of all ages and embrace a variety of parenting styles. I particularly love incorporating play-based and nature-driven learning into my time with the kids!

"Hi! I’m Dionne Thompson! I grew up on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, and I’ve spent my career helping kids grow and explore.

I’m a registered behavioral therapist and a speech and pathology assistant, with years of experience working with children.

I love encouraging kids to use their imagination, have fun, and discover new things in a safe, loving environment. I’m excited to work with your little ones and help them thrive!" - Dionne

"Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic babysitter who recently moved to the island, and I’m excited to explore all the beauty and adventure it has to offer.

Miss Jamaria

"Hi, I’m Jamaria an 18 year-old junior here at the University of the Virgin Islands studying nursing. I have been working in a childcare industry for about 4 years with the first being a teachers assist at make space for kids in Baltimore and various nanny jobs throughout career.

In my free time I love to swim and snorkel i’m even lifeguard certified here in St. John at learn to swim VI. I speak English, ASL and a little bit of Arabic. I love to travel to fun places and learn new things.

"Hi I am Rocky, like the road. I am from the Big Apple but have called the beautiful Virgin Islands home for many years. My passions are art, traveling, and sharing my knowledge and love with children. I have traveled all around the world so I have a respect and understanding of all different kinds of cultures and people. I grew up in a house full of children and I started babysitting at age 14! I was a nanny in Germany to a newborn baby mostly recently but I have experience with all age ranges.

"Hello! My name is Shani Rawlins, and I’m excited to be a part of the team! At 35 years old, I bring a warm and adventurous spirit to my work with children. I have a passion for teaching and learning, and I love creating engaging and fun activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in young minds.

As a proud dog mom to two playful pups, I understand the importance of nurturing and caring for others. I believe that kindness and a good sense of humor are essential in creating a positive and supportive environment for children. In my free time, I enjoy sewing and exploring the outdoors, and I look forward to sharing my interests with the children and learning from them as well.

Miss Camy

"Hi my name is Camy, I am so excited to be apart of this journey. I have 8+ years as being a preschool teacher gaining my degree in education soon after highschool. I adore being around kids as I am also a mom of 3 energetic kids and aunt to many. I always was the family babysitter to all my nieces and nephews before I had my own kids and naturally I gravitated to pursuing my degree around helping with kids. 

For fun I love a good adventure as I am always finding something to do with my kids exploring the island now that we have relocated back. I am excited to be able to offer families a trustworthy sitter whether it's for vacation, date night or simple relaxation time."    - Camy
