Caribbean Care Co. Summer Camp 2025
A nature and play-based camp for children 16 months – 9 years old in St. Thomas, USVI
Let your little ones explore, imagine, and grow this summer in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment! Each week features a new nature-inspired theme filled with hands-on activities, outdoor play, music, art, and sensory exploration.

VI Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy wants to connect with you! We offer Montessori and International Baccalaureate curriculum for ages 15 months to 12th Grade! Spaces are available for the 2025-2026 school year with enrollment incentives for new families!
Camp Dates & Weekly Themes
Camp runs weekly from June 23 – August 1, 2025.
Families can register for one or multiple weeks.

Camp Hours:
Core Camp: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
AM Half-day: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Extended Care: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Rates
Camp Tuition:
Core Camp: $300 per week per child
AM Half-day: $200 per week per child
Extended Care (Add-On):
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM / 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
$15 per hour as needed

Sibling Discount:
$25 off per week for each additional child
Multi-Week Discount:
Book 4+ weeks and receive $50 off your total tuition
Referral Bonus – Earn Camp Discounts:
We’re excited to introduce our Referral Program for Summer Camp families! When someone books one of our regular childcare services (outside of camp) and mentions your name as the referral, you’ll receive $15 off your child’s summer camp tuition for each new family who books.
There’s no limit — refer as many families as you’d like and watch your camp savings add up! Just make sure your name is mentioned during their booking so we can credit you properly.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A non- refundable $100 deposit per family is required to reserve your spots. Don't worry it goes towards you first weeks tuition!
Full weekly tuition is due the Friday before each session begins.
Cancellations must be made before the payment deadline (Friday at 5 PM) for the upcoming camp week in order to avoid being charged. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, as we reserve staff and supplies based on confirmed enrollments. No-shows or cancellations after the payment deadline will not be refunded or credited.
Waitlist Policy
If spots for a week fill up, families may join our waitlist at no charge.
We will notify you immediately if a spot becomes available and offer 24 hours to confirm before it’s offered to the next family.
